I closed an arrangement with Steve Kassel to discuss a partial cost negotiation using the government for almost any outstanding fees and that I settled him $1500. Following a year to do nothing and preventing my calls, he promises our contract did not state this type of support and that I should spend another $1500 easily need him to continue with that objective.
