I bought a "Leather Livingroom Fixed" filled with Lights and Platforms. The Couch person collapsed and smashed about 3 hours after shipping. Mybobs customer support wasn't useful in attempting to renounce the shipping get cost since their furniture was defective. I can't think I'd to pay for them to choose their bad furniture up. Then I'd to hold back 5 days after get in order for them to agree my check. Today how ISIS feasible that I've to hold back 5 times for running plus one more 2 weeks to obtain the check after I paid $1,700 in MONEY on a single time. Oh simply because they do not maintain money in their shops. Bullsh@$- I PAID MONEY. Oh it does not stop there. After I named them to discover when the prepared my check, they stated it'd be significantly less than what I settled simply because they never obtained the lights ($120 worth). I believed to the repetition to obtain a supervisor about the telephone ASAP since I've video clip of the deliverymen from MYBOBS placing all their shi&%) furniture onto the vehicle from my home. Oh they performed another melody next. Don't buy from these theives. They're the absoulte toughest.
