Approached Wachovia Customer Support Fri 2-26-10 3:00 pm PST and talked with customer support and was disconnected a couple of minutes into discussion.
Named again same again at about 3:20 pm PST and talked with Zevalia in customer support and described my reason behind phone/issue and we mentioned sitiuation for some moments.
At 3:29 pm PST, Zevalia requested me a problem, so when I start to reply it she immediatedly hung-up on me quickly at 3:30 pm.
I quickly called back and allow it to ring for 55 seconds another five times with no you might answerphone again, and so I should suppose Zevaliais change was at 3:30 pm so she justhung on me and went home.
I called back at4 pm PST and effectively solved my issue with another customer support consultant who did recognize that some changes did finish at 3:30 pm PST.
Exactly What A garbage method for a business to deal with their clients.
No surprise these were absorbed by Wells Fargo.
