Troy the sales man is just a quick talker which makes up what he does not understand, then offers numerous reasons for low quality, jerry-rigged function. They charged me for an enhanced deploy (significantly more than price of music!), and they impaired the keyless and overhead light in my own vehicle. They'd the nerve at fault it on each of my keyless remotes and sell me a brand new group of controllers for another $100! I also requested them to set my iPhone w / the music wireless, plus they stated the bluetooth was damaged since it would not set w / the Sony head-unit. They really stated that was the main reason they do not offer Sony. Significantly, within the parking lot, I looked over the directions, and combined my iPhone in three minutes. Troy also pressuring me the entire period about promoting me another vehicle alarm since vehicles like mine get taken constantly and my prior alarm was not mounted like they might do the installation... Blah blah blah.
