Bbv Charged me 9.95 for three months, even though i cancelled my order. I dont know if it is a membership fee or what

I bought a video game and it was on back order. So I decided to cancel it, and the guy told me the first 9.95 charge was to make sure the money was in my account. Now that charge is still there and there is two more for January and February. Dont know what the charges are.
