Ripoff It says that I won $615,810 and to send my bank account number and address to wire the money

I was sent a notice that I won $615,810 from El Gordo Sweepstake Lottery in Spain. It says, "Your fund is now deposited with a security company insured to your name. Due to mixed up of some numbers and names, we ask that you keep this award secret from public notice until your claim has been processed and your money remitted to your bank account as this is of our secruity protocol to avoid double claiming."

The second form asks for all your personal information including all of your bank account information (Bank account #, address, routing #) It also wants you to sign a waver saything that you authorize the security Company holding your FAKE winnings to process your claim and transfer of funds to the bank account.
