Who can I go to!!??

I am looking at my bill for $177.00 and I did not make all the calls on the bill.

First of all I had the phone for over 2 years and I have been attempting to get rid of it and can't as they will charge me $200.00 for a disconnection fee.

Just after my 1 year service with Nextel, I received an erronious bill that was completely incorrect, so I called them and they credited my account and changed my call plan 'to better suite me'. The next month I got my bill and was totally shocked to find another high call volume and the bill was outrageous, so I called and they adjusted again but told me that my contract would be adjusted to one year later (as a matter of fact they changed my contract date the first time I called and they never informed me), that is when I found out that anytime a customer calls to make any adjustments their contract date changes as well.

To make the long story short, every month I have had to call to get re-adjusted on my bill that they screw up and once again each time my contract date changed. This month is the straw that broke the camels back when I received a bill for $177.00, and they are not willing to adjust it and they state that all of the calls were made and received from my phone.

My mother called me one day at work and wanted to know why I called her from my cell phone and screamed into her ear. I insisted that I did not call her and from there we argued then hung up. A week later she called me appologizing because the same thing happened but this time it was my brothers phone call that she received with someone eating in the background, and it was not my brother that actually called. THEN! I received a call from someone I don't know stating that he received a call from his caller ID with my number on it and was returning the call, and I did not make that call as well.

I almost forgot the time I was at a mall in Battle Creek Michigan and called information to get the Battle Creek Police number and she wanted to know why I was calling from Detroit wanting a Battle Creek Police number. She did give me the number which was completely different from my number.

NEXTEL actually considers me to be a commedian evidently as they laugh and sometimes if I get the right employee they will even hang up on me, or they may stay on the phone and in a rude way tell me I am crazy, and stated that there is no way they can "clone" phone numbers.

In one of my calls to them they worded things in their system that I did not actually say to them. For instance I had called one evening explaining (for the 3rd time) to someone this problem and he said "I have a report here that indicates you said we are cloning your phone number" I laughed and stated "no! Your co-worker made that comment to me and I explained to him that I am not sure what is going on and that I am not insinuating anything other than your computers cannot read the difference between day and night, and that people are getting phone calls from my phone and I am not the one actually making the calls.

Furthermore, I work Monday through Friday 8-5 as an Office Accounting Manager and Human Resource Director and there is absolutely no way I can make this many calls"

The last adjustment I received from them they gave me 200 extra bonus minutes and $10.00 off my monthly bill which went from $39.99 to $29.99 per month. Each time I call and complain they have absolutely no problem adjusting and taking away charges. But this month is very strange as all of a sudden they are not willing to adjust their mistakes and listen to me.

I need an investigator to really look into this for me. Also, I need to know if it is legal for them to change contract dates without written permission from the customer? The company will tell me each time that if they make any changes at all they will have to change the contract date. That is when I ask if I have a choice, there is usually no response and the contract is then changed.

If they disconnect me due to me not paying my bill would I still be charged the $200.00 contract fee?
