Lost my package

I shipped a bundle from Indianapolis to Arizonia next week of December. Shipping day was 24 Dec. The bundle was delivered advantages through Basics in Goshen, Indiana. The bundle never came. Tracked the cargo also it delivered to some submission stage in Illinois and delivered to Goshen, Indianapolis 24 hours later. Went for shipping at4:00 anything each morning and was never seen from again. Talked to advantages many times, the final I had been on-hold for 43 minutes! They asked about the container items and that I thought like I had been in a police interrogation. Same concerns again and again. Ultimately I had been informed that Staples might spend the state within 10 times. Last I heard from anybody. On January 27th I called Staples. They explained I required a bill showing I delivered it through Basics. Thats correct Staples wishes me to show I delivered it through Basics! After 38 units about the telephone, today I am advised they require a bill for each product within the container before a state could be prepared. They'd previously named the location address to make sure it had been never shipped. Therefore much for that excellent advantages monitoring program. Later the location was named and advised it had been dropped. Absolutly rediculas. Nevertheless don't have any quality. Each Staples supervisor I speek to informs me another is likely to be in touch. Do yourselves a benefit, avoid Basics. Thier customer support is low-existant! I suppose should you operate a person around long enough, they'll get tired of resting on thee telephone all night and simply quit.
