Avoid at all costs

I recently bought windows xp from staples. I popped the container, recognize it had been the incorrect product and attempted to come back. The client support broker on 1st telephone call believed to place it in container so that as long because they culd put it back about the ledge, I really could return. 24 hours later, with anything boxed and all set, the following broker claims "no" we can not return application. National law prohibits. Fascinating how that's not described before one buys the program. Basics administration and guidelines smell, I'll never set base in basics again. I really hope they're going broke.
