Ms. Tamme Henry received a formal written summons from the Salt Lake County Third District Court in regards to a lawsuit filed against Scrap In A Snap by Hudson Printing of Salt Lake City, UT. Ms. Henry was served with papers on August 19.
Hudson Printing printed Scap In A Snap's 2003 catalog. We know that Scrap In A Snap has their catalog back-ordered currently because they didn't order enough. (Back order problems, big surpirse!) Does anyone really think Scrap In A Snap will be able to go to a new printer and get additional catalogs made when they won't even pay their printing bill to Hudson Printing? Hudson Printing is owed $28,415.86 by Scrap In A Snap.
