On 26/12/09 & 27/12/09 I put purchases using the above organization. I received reputation of the purchases but nothing further. On 11/01/10 I sent the organization reguesting standing of my purchases and obtained an answer on 1201/10 that my purchases have been updated to SENT. While no provide happened I again queried my purchases however the organization doesn't consider the problem to response. This is actually the very first time I've obtained such poor service (non-service). The Organization was fast to simply accept payment by ignores their responsibilities as needed legally.
