On 12/21 @ 11:47: 58 am/cst, I placed two seperate orders with the above indicated internet merchant and have not recieved any shipment from either order, I have sent numerous emails to the provided email address with no reply until I threatened legal action, then got one reply which said their records indicated both orders had been shipped, also asked me to verify my shipping address with the shipping address they sent orders to, the address was correct and I verified that information as well, but still have recieved nothing and at this point would accept a refund for orders.
