Two Paid Orders from March 27 Not shipped. Euro Mart Sends Untimely Reply

I placed two orders (Orders #7992 and #7993 on the Euro Mart website on March 27.

After receiving no response to my phone calls, I sent an email to Euro Mart on April 21st and received a brief reply apogizing for the delay and stating that it was due to moving the business.

No status of my orders was provided and as of today, April 29 no shipments have been processed on information on status given by Euro Mart.

My next step is contacting the state of Vermont BBB
