On 1/14/10 I requested contact, on 1/20/10 I obtained an email stating my purchase have been "finished". On 1/23/10 I e mailed the organization to ask about cargo of my contact, to that we was delivered a rude response. I named the 800-number for that organization to inquire about the email and also to stop my purchase and was cursed at and hung-up on with a person named Randy.
