Our spa was delivered from cal club and believed to appear on Friday. I obtained a phone to routine shipping and required exactly the same Friday but it was difficult. Subsequently Friday since I have work at home however I'd need to spend 3 x $80 for storage!!! I've to simply accept the club in 48-hours they explained. Well what about Wednesday later within the evening? Well that might be $80 storage cost given that they formally obtained the cargo on Thursday but are contacting me on Friday. Should not the 48 workplace hours be by your day they contact me?
I told them I had been unhappy with this specific along with a man named John informed me he'd contact Cal club and hung-up on me! After speaking with Costco who I requested the club from they spoke to R M but found no answer both. I named one final time plus they decided to fall it off Friday night 6pm and hung-up on me again!
Rude and terrible organization that's just there to create cash and hang-up on clients thatnot take garbage.
