If you get a sigma lens which is defective do not anticipate compassion in the customer service reps. They're rude, un educated about their product and in a rush to obtain you off the telephone since they're too active communicating with their friends on facebook. You might believe because they made an item that's below standards they would bend over backwards to assist you out. However it is another way around. It's the customer that takes it within the backend if they spend many hundred dollars for a bit of crap so-called camera-lens.
