No Matter How Desperate, Do Not Waste Your Time!

Please do not waste YOUR precious time with this company! If one will read the first two reports before mine, they have hit the nail right on the head with what they are reporting. A very dear friend of mine joined this company 12 weeks ago and has yet to get an interview with anyone. I told him not to do it! Here is how it has (NOT) worked: You fill out an application and they will email/call you. Eventually you will have a so called recruiter in the area that will contact you and you will email your information to them so that they can start a "new" resume and cover letter. Texas Career Solutions will promise you that "they" will send you a new resume and cover letter within 72 hours. This part is true! Within about 72 hours my buddy got a descent looking resume and cover letter written by God only knows... This is going to cost you $550.00. Now here come the s* part. He was been put with Laurie Miller and Kent Miller. Laurie "DID" call him to go over his resume, cover letter, and get him started with Linkedin, of course after she got her $550.00. She told him from here on out, anytime he applied for a job, to email it to their concierge, cc her, and then apply for it. He has followed this method to the letter with NO interviews set up OR replies from ANY future employer. Kent Miller (who he has never met) has called a couple of times to tell him HE needs to call a decision maker at a company for an interview and each time my friend has never talked to that Decision Maker. He told me when Kent called him he has a "Car Dealer's Voice" and acts like they are longtime buddies! Like I said earlier, "they have never met"... The best part is sometimes Kent will forwarding him a email (that he supposedly sent to a company) and he has never met or laid eyes on my friend. How can you recommend someone, that you have never met?

As a former recruiter (and a successful one too) I know that if you are legitimate, you always have the client meet with you so that you can get a feel for them and know whether or not they are educated, professional, capable of the job that they are trying to get, etc. You cannot say "Oh, I recommend so and so because he is professional and blah, blah, blah!

What a shame! My buddy has two degrees and he is working on a third, smart, very marketable, hard working, professional, and understands that our economy is maybe recovering slowly but do not fall for this scam. Actually, he has gotten more results by using Career Builder and company websites and just applying by himself for a occupation. He told me the other day that he was not emailing Texas Career Solutions anymore and by the way, he had sent them over 50 jobs...
