I contracted to sell insurance over the phone with Telesalelife back in September. Joshua Mullens said they had been in business for 5 years selling insurance over the phone and I assumed under this company name. He said they would provide training and get me contracted with the insurance carriers and provide me with leads for a fee. I began this process with them in September, filled out all their documents, paid all my fees to the Carriers, and attended their webinars even though they would anounce them sometimes an hour before the training and I am in the Central time zone, sometimes I would miss them. Not knowing the meeting times sometimes untill the day before I could not take off work to attend. After repeated e-mails requesting my Carrier writing numbers form Telesalelife, I would not hear as to why I did not have them. This went on for months untill I was told I had to fund my Dialer account before I could move forward! When it clearly states on their web site that I did not have to subscribe to their lead program to be involved! When they insisted I must give them $400.00 for me to move forward, I gave them $400.00 by eletronic check from their website on 11-4. This was the only means of payment offered! I contacted them on several occasions asking why and where is my Dialer account with no results. Finally I sent Joshua Mullens a letter asking for a release of my agent status with his company and to contact me for a refund of my $400.00 or come to some agreement on the leads I paid for. It has been over 70 days since that letter and he has yet to respond! I contacted his National Sales Manager, and he will not reply either. I have never made a complaint on a company before, But I want my money back for services that were not rendered and a release of my status as an agent with his company Telesalelife.
