Purchased a weight bench 12/12/09 & built it on 12/26; subsequently understood they offered me the incorrect table. Store-manager agreed to deliver their assemblers "Proceed Manage" to my home, defeat the table & construct the right one. Got documented voicemails indicating once they'd appear, named them to alter appointment, named again and they'd no report of my appointment. Got many registered calls stating the title of the organization & nothing else. Man turned up @ my house after I was 40 miles away & named my cell. I told him that which was occurring; he guaranteed to appear engrossed & call-back - never did. That evening obtained a registered voicemail requesting me how I preferred their support and also to contact several. I tried - no solution. I named their additional quantity & informed them to depart me alone from today on. Named Sports Expert customer support and talked to some dumbbell who requested if he might contact me Jordan. He attempted to locate his boss, could not, then questioned me if he could consider data plus they'd call. I said okay. He explained (isn't it time?) "OK Michael, What Is your first-name?" Yes, that isn't a typo! Obviously they nevertheless have not called me.
