We bought a 9000 thousand frachise, and after 2 years they called us one night to say it was the last day of our services. They wanted the key right the next day without prior notice.
They said because the place was not very clean, but we never got a direct complaint from the clients.
They already had a new Franchisee who paid another 9000 thousand dollars, plus they take 18.7 each month for royalte fees, and when they send you the annual tax report, they don't take that 18.7 off!
And, they said we could BUY, another franchise account from them, and the point is, if they take a place for suppously bad service, how came they are still able to sell you more places? Becuase all they want is your money and after you pay the franchise, they take the place from you and give it to a new franchisor.
I called several ex clients that they did the same thing to them, they just took their places to sell it to new customers!
We should do a collective lawsuit for this company.
