Jani king is a commercial cleaning service. They solicite so called franchise owners to do the job they don't want to do. We bought the franchise in we paid $ 20000,00 for their e5. They were supposed to get us a gross of $ 5000 a month. They gave us accounts that were already complaining about previous franchise performance. Most of the accounts that janiking get are bid so low that the franchisee may have to pay out of pocket to do the job. They don't do the job they get their fees up front, they don't spend money on gas, vehicul expenses, hiring, payroll, payroll taxes, quemicals, equipement, renting equipment you don't have... We do. It's all coming out of pennies and half after janiking get their money. The business cards they gaves have my name but their address and phone numbers. The contract with all the clients are in the name of janiking not my name, so i have no say in this business at all. So many times janiking take accounts from one franchisee to give them to another one either to fulfill their obligations with new franchisee or to get finders fees. Finders fees is another scam from janiking. They charged this laddy finders fees but when she almost was done with them they gave the account to another franchisee and received finders fees from his for another year.
