Hireright, Inc did a background check on me as part of a pre employment process from a company that gave me a job offer. Under COURT RECORDS they omited the final disposition of 2 misdemenor court cases. They only put what i was charged with. What i was charged with and what i pled guilty to were 2 different things. They show that i paid a fine thus misleading you in to believing that i was guilty as charged. Every court record that i have seen always has the final disposition thus you criminal record. Hireright omits that information malicously to make you look from questionable for hire (with circumstances) to Bad (not get hired). I told them to put all the information, the final disposition, of the official court records on my background report just like other consumer reporting agencies. It is public record. They sent me anouther report just like the first one. They did not add any of the changes i requested. Facts are facts add them in the report.
