I got a email alert from premier credit management. I have found out that the rjm acq llc has put a report in the public records indicating a small claims court was done against me without my knowledge.
I did owed money to fingerhut but could not resolve the issues with fingerhut back then and now their rjm acq llc has put this in my records without my consent!
By federal law, its supposed to be, when someone is suing you, you are required to receive a summons to appear into court. I have not received summons to appear into court.
Public records is court information. The record indicated a new update information filed on feburary 2nd 2004 and has been posted on my credit record on feburary 9th 2004 which is today.
