We were severely damaged by my employer. James Curtis took 5000 dollars then abandoned my family while 4 statutes of limitations expired. Finally filed the papers on my behalf and abandoned us again. On the day of the motion he didn't show up to the court. The other side was given the verdict and I was left with paying the other sides attorney fees. Curtis is being investigated by state bar. Don't retain this con man.
