Curtis Duffin is a cheat. DO NOT do buisness with Curtis Duffin. Curtis Duffin rented my good friend rented a house on Miami Beach for 10 days. Upon arrival the house was not livable. They stayed the first night and Curtis had the owner come back and "clean" it. The house was so run down and broken that my friend requested Curtis find another house for them. Curtis agreed. After all he was the real estate broker who set my friend up with this house. Second house never happened. Curtis kept the money in excess of 10,000 dollars. Never returned it. On top of it Curtis kept my friends deposit in excess of 7,000 dollars. My friend ended up a hotel for the week. This Curtis is a fraud, a crook, a cheat. He aggrees the money and deposit should be returned but has yet to do so. STAY AWAY from this Curtis Duffin
