Ordered two outfits from Mrs. Bergmann on Nov. 3 was told they would be here before Thanksgiving, there were not. Then was told they would be here before Dec. 13. Also never recieved. First time I asked for refund, I was told I could not get one but could a credit for another purchase. Second time I asked for refund, was told numerous times it would get sent on different days. I have never recieved my purchases or the refund of 85.00. I also was told by Mrs. Bergmann if I filed a report with Paypal she would not refund me my money. I have saved all the emails/messages, and have came into contact with numerous people who have also been scammed or recieved poor quality work from this company.
