Steve Calnek owner of Steve's Quality Plumbing in Vancouver Washington has been advertising with Earl Gooch owner of Express Water Heater in Camas Washington for many years in many local telephones books. They lead readers to think they are a single business. Express water heater has a single function and that is water heaters only. They are separate businesses in separate locations and only Steve Calnek is a certified licensed plumber. Earl Gooch is nothing but an on and off trainee plumber since 1992 and mostly off. Steve Calnek has been in my opinion hiding Earl Gooch's lack of education, abilities to meant any State requirements in plumbing.
Steve Calnek has been allowing Earl Gooch owner of Express Water Heater to take work from certified plumbers knowing he wasn't a certified plumber is degrading to all plumbers. Certified Plumber put in thousands of hours, educational requirement then testing with the State of Washington. Earl Gooch has never done anything but get a trainee card 3 plus times. Gooch is a construction contractor only and a trainee plumber again.
When a person knowingly allows another to operate without the required certification and supports the behavior though many years should lose their certification's in my opinion.
They fired Police Officers in Seattle for claiming to have higher decree then they earned for a higher wage. Yet the State Of Washington will allow these two guys go into your home and install, repair your plumbing that water run though to your family for drinking, bathes and hot water. If done wrong could flood your home, water heater can explosion e ct.
