I ordered a pair of boots online with my debit card and after over 8 business days, my boots still have not arrived. The tracking number I was given on my invoice was false, no one has responded to my calls or emails. I have contacted both FedEx and UPS to filter for my order by destination address, with no luck. It is as if my order was never shipped as it states on my invoice. There are mixed reviews posted on their site, some with situations such as mine where the goods were not delivered and contact was ignored, and some (perhaps planted by the owner) where customers received their orders without a hitch.
