This is to reinforce what others have gone through with this company. I placed an order December 15 for three items. I received one item (the least expensive item) and the packing slip said the other two items were on back-order (of course their web site did not mention this). Not only did I receive only one item, it was the wrong item! They do not answer emails and I am resolved to the fact I've lost my money. This is the first time I've been burned on a web transaction. Stay far, far away from these frauds!
