I ordered a cell phone cover to give to my mother for Christmas. I paid extra for 3-day shipping. The item never came, although I was still charged. So, I decided to call me "customer service" line. I waited on hold for 15 minutes, before being hung up on. Thinking it may have been my phone malfunctioning, I called back. This time I waited about 6 minutes, and again, was disconnected. I waited awhile but gave it another try, when I finally got an answer. I told the boy that i would only like for them to send me another cover. To which he said, "Kay, just gimme a sec." He put the phone down and all I heard was tapping on a keyboard for 3 minutes, and again was hung up on! So I have the slight feeling OnlyMyPhone.com does not want to deal with their unsatisfied customers. I would highly recommend people NOT to use this website. I was ripped off $15.95 and 30 minuets of my life.
