We performed a service call for this company in August. After 30 days, we made several calls to try and collect payment, and could not get an answer or a call back from anyone. Finally we called and demanded to speak to a manager and she talked directly to our president and said that they were under a re-organization and that she was trying to clean up mistakes made by old staff. We underwent a lengthy application process to become a "team member" including sending a copy of our president's driver's license. They wanted his social security card and we refused. They promised that our payment would be mailed the first of the year. We called today, January 4 and the numbers have all been disconnected. The web-site has been taken down and information can not provide any additional contact information. We will be contacting the BBB and our attorney. Everyone who has done business for this company should do the same.
