Centurion VisionContracts appliance repairs, and never pays the contractor Internet

National Appliance Network (NAN) is owned by Centurion Vision, Paulo Pinheiro, of Boca Raton, FL. They contract repair personnel all over the country, and then claim payroll issues, delays, and eventually stopped paying all together. On January 4th, their websites and all phones simply vanished from existence. They owe me $2500. For about two months repair tickets. Lowes stores are calling me, their end users are calling me, and I do not know what to tell them. Pinheiro has previous addresses in Potomac, Maryland and Fredericksburg, VA. He apparantly does this a lot. I'm contacting the FBI, as his business is conducted across state lines.
