Anyone who lives in or near Santa Barbara, CA who has been ripped off by either Family Solution Centers or National Family Solutions should sue these companies for a refund in small claims court. Both of these companies are engaged in the business of ripping off low income individuals by offering low cost solutions to legal problems. These companies are practicing law without a license, conduct that is illegal in California and every other state. They are giving legal advice, something only an attorney is allowed to do. Anyone who sues either of these companies should not settle their case without going to Court. You need to go to Court so you can let the judge know that these companies are practicing law without a license. Hopefully, the judge will notify the State Bar of California and the Santa Barbara District Attorney will prosecute the owners of these companies. If you settle the case before going to court, you wont be able to tell this to the judge and these companies will be able to continue ripping off other unsuspecting individuals.
