In April I met Alan Weber at the Philadelphia Home show. They had a booth displaying their business in scheduled home improvements. I showed interest in their business and then the phone calls never stopped from Alan Weber. He hounded me... I should have wised up then. They offered me a LLC partnership in their local business.
I was promised 3% of the ownership and 4500 shares of common stock. I was also promised 25% of the first months contract payment until the entire deposit amount is returned.
In addition I was promised 11/2% of the total gross sales in the fourteen counties where the business worked. The company was to pay me quarterly.
Then in July I was again hounded by Alan Weber to purchase more shares. I purchased 25,000 more at 10cents a share. Since then I have not received a penny.
I have made several attempts to contact Alan Weber and Ed Ellis. Every time I have tried to meet with them, they have found some excuse not to meet.
On August 8 I received a letter from Ed Ellis promising that he would give me back my money. All I had to to is contact Walfish and Noonan, 528 Dekalb St. Norristown, PA 19401. I contacted this law firm and nothing has happened.
Then... Get this, two months ago I find a flier in my door advertising there company to coat my drive way. What an insult.
These men are slick con artists. I want them in jail.
