ArtApart.com They took my money but didn't send the t-shirts

I ordered two t-shirts from E-Shirt.com (aka. Aajost Technologies) on Oct 14,11 for my son's Birthday (he is in the Navy, stationed on a carrier).

I had ordered from them many times in the past so felt safe making this order.

I never recieved this order and the company doesn't exist any longer.

My son thinks I forgot his Birthday and I'm out $36.55.
