Signed up on December 24 around 1:00am EST. Received confirmation e-mail at 1:05am same day. Called on December 26 to cancel, and was advised that my 3-day trial period had been up the previous day. They indicated that their computer showed that I signed up December 23, because they are in Arizona, and I am in New Jersey. The charge was already posted as a hold on my account on the 26th, with a clearance date of the 28th. They absolutely refuse to refund me the $129.95, claiming that I signed up on the 23rd not 24th. I have to e-mail which came within 5 minutes of the sign-up. Not to mention that when I called the 888-753-4203 number it rang busy. Only when I called the bank to dispute the charge (it was a debit not credit) the bank got through to them, because they were able to find a different number than the one listed in the e-mail. Needless to say that I still don't have the money, and it sure looks like I won't get it back.
