On December 23 I signed up for a training course to supply adds for Google... The cost was listed as $1.95. However, supposedly in small print on the add it said that I would be charged $129.95 within 24 hours.
I called 1-888-753-4203 the next day and cancelled they said they would credit my money back within 10 to 30 days. They also sent me an email with a confirmation number.
20 days later I called again and they said someone forgot to do something on my account and the credit never went through. 3rd time I called they said they would issue a check and it would take 2 weeks.
I just called today 3/12 when the 2 weeks were up and the phone message says that the company is out of business.
I guess I have learned a costly lesson.
*NOTICE..!! This ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.
