May 11 I read about a dietary product and signed up for free 14 day trial, I just had to pay $5.95 shipping. When I recieved e-mail confirmation of my order it stated that if not canceled after 14 days there would be an $88.00 charge for a month supply. There was no price mentioned before this.
I recieved package in the mail on May 18. Called their toll free number on May 21,2209 to cancel, got the persons name and extension that I spoke with, he was going to e-mail a cancelation confirmation. Never recieved it. May 26th my card was charged $88.00; which my credit card called thinking it was fraudulant (they did not know what a fool I was!).
May 26th called the toll free number 3 times, talked to 2 supervisors, there is no one there by the name of the guy I talked to and no extension like that. I would have to e-mail their claims department in order to have the charges removed. Could not talk to real person about it, they don't have phone lines in that department only e-mail, I was told.
Have e-mailed 3 times in 24 hour period and not heard anything back. Have called the toll free number today and they don't pick up, I have tried, the cancelation button, the order product button and the product info button. I guess they can see on their computer who is calling. 4 seperate calls and held for over 5 minutes each time.
Called they BBB, guess what they have an F rating there! WOW, I am not too smart.
By the way I am on my Hubby's poop list. Any advise?
