GolfLogix GPS-8 device quit functioning. Approached their assistance by e-mail, they desired it submitted to diagnois. Got RMA about the 17th of Nov. And delivered it in by advantages on Nov. 18. I asked again on Dec. 9th since I'd noticed nothing for 3 months, they responded back on Dec. 11th and stated it was submitted to some supervisor plus they were likely to look at it. I asked all over again on Dec. 18th saying I'd the same as to understand one of the ways or another if it may be set. No solution and so I delivered grievances to all or any division I could discover outlined within the Garmin Organization and that I returned so CYA reasons and lastly a contact stating it mightnot be fixed. It got 34 times to find out that it might not be set which was just after extreme-pressure was utilized! Not really a poor item but horrible customer support.
