Dave Spiggle of Street Shows joined into prepared agreement with David Birkhimer to guide the group Tight 5 exhibits in a period of time of 3 months. Only one scheduling happened. A the $500 deposit was created on July 4th once the 3 months ended and decided by both events. No reimbursement was handed. Might endeavor have already been designed to obtain a reimbursement and all efforts have failed. Mr. Spiggle was handed 2 weeks to fulfill this debt or be prosecuted. After several broken promises to pay for Mr. Spiggle was prosecuted in Franklin County Civil Judge on 09-10-09 and dropped. He's created no try to fulfill the court-order.
