In March I reserved airtickets (Mumbai - SFO) through Create my journey.in November Delta terminated their trip sto Mumbai. Create my journey was educated from the airlines of the change however they never bothered telling people. Upon contacting Delta Airlines in CA we were informed to use to get a return. Month or two later we realized that Delta had prepared the reimbursement & delivered it to Create my Journey whilst the scheduling was created through them.
Create my Journey never bothered calling us actually at this time. 2 weeks have handed however they haven't approached us or returned the cash.
I've called them repeatedly and every time I'm informed that somebody from Asia group might contact me back.
I've also sent them with all specifics (the total amount returned by Delta, Their refund research, Day of reimbursement, etc) But nobody is answering my calls or emails. They simply do not care - they declare 24/7 customer support but that's only if you wish to guide. Once the time for you to reimbursement comes they disappear.
Create my Journey owes me INR 24,000 with no calls/emails. They cheat clients from US effortlessly.
They've made their cash by duping truthful clients & fraudulantly not delivering their discounts.
With such poor support I'll never guide through them. Such businesses ought to be prosecuted & pushed to pay for a fee for such horrible support
