I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from Uggfocus. The website is in english with a xmas style theme. The boots were delivered and noticed that the packaging and shipping slip were in chinese. I decided to return the boots, so I emailed them the same day (web site reads you have three days to advise them of the return). I've sent them four emails since last week and have yet received a response. I know I've lost the money I spent. I don't want anybody else to get ripped off. Do not purchase any items from this company. Learn from my mistake. There is no mention on the website that the company is in china. It all looked legite. Don't be fooled.
