I was contacted by Interval Property Management (IPM) by phone. They did a great sales pitch on me. They made it sound like they already had people interested in my time share weeks. The price per week on my contract says 3200.00 neg and I was very please to think that they would have no problem getting this much for my weeks.
After they received my money I haven't received one response concerning my timeshare weeks. Keep in mind that my timeshare is a 3 bedroom at Orange Lake Country Club. I have two weeks and the week is a holiday week. This should have been no problem to rent during Christmas. This is totally messing up my vacation plans because if these weeks dont rent soon I am going to be forced to losing them or going on some unplanned trip at the last minute. Keep in mind that when you try to exchange your weeks at the last minute your choices arent very good.
I tried to get my money back after the first week because I started to feel that feeling when you are getting taken to the cleaners. They told me the guarantee was only to relist my property after 6 months if they didnt rent them.
Here we are now after 4 1/2 months and nothing. I advise to say away from this company. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Business Complaints. I will let you know if anything good comes from this.
