This summer, I received a letter from "TELECOM ACCESS NETWORK Inc." congratulating me about the "service?" I (when / how don't know) had obtained.
This service involved a personal 800 number. (As if I need one.) I would get the fist month free and a flat monthly charge with up to x minutes per month. I did not have to do anything they would bill me in my phone bill (SWBELL).
I contacted SWBELL at once to let them know about the letter. I called them maybe they could stop such charges however, because of some FCC regulation they could not do antything about it.
I could contact "TELECOM ACCESS NETWORK Inc." billing in this case IntegreTel. I spoke to Amber (Operator ID: AA) on 07/22, she agreed to discontinue the fees and credit me on the next bill. I'll keep you posted.
P.S. If you notice on their website the only section you can access is the sign-up page. I had to look for more info at accesswhois.com to get the following:
