I received my 'home'phone bill last month, there was a charge of $15.85 on it for activation of services from a company named, Integretel Incorporated; c/o service provider: ACCESS INFO NET. They claim to; *Integretel is a complete outsourced service bureau offering end-to-end billing services through the local phone bill, a direct bill, or an online bill and a full suite of complementary services, allowing you to focus on your core business: <a href="http://www.integretel.com/products/products.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener external">http://www.integretel.com/products/products.htm</a>
I did not speak to nor; inquire in any way for this service, they just planted themselves onto my bill. I contacted Integretel, Inc.By visiting their online site and their 'contact us' link provided. The charge has since been credited from my bill, but on this month's bill, I am being charged; get this, a $15.85 late payment fee (I always pay my bills, a week in advance) and $0.19 for some other late payment penalty.
There is a 'Consumer's Report' on this, on MSNBC's Top Headline News; <a href="http://www.msnbc.com/news/861995.%20Asp?%20Vts=013020031900" target="_blank" rel="noopener external">http://www.msnbc.com/news/861995.Asp? Vts=013020031900</a>
In my case, no one contacted me directly nor; did I contact anyone in any way to give my consent to charge me for their services. *People; Read/Go over your phone bills, no one can catch/report these scammers, unless you read your bills for discrepencies and report it. I will be phoning my local phone company; ASAP.
