In July we were moving in order to downsize, due to job loss and the economy. A moving company mailed us a postcard that said, if we used them for our move, we would recieve "Free $300 in VISA GIFT CARDS". Well, after they moved us and we paid them, it took me more than a half dozen phone calls, several weeks time, and, ultimately, driving to their office, to finally get my certificate. As I stood there and began to look over the program instructions, one fact soon became painfully obvious to me about My Free Travel. This was a company that was trying to severely limit the number of redemptions by specifying such a load of onerous, burdensome, and time-consuming requirements that most people would probably toss the certificate rather than spend their spare time trying to read, understand, and follow all of the terms and conditions involved.
