I subscribed to Directv in july and was given a card by the installer to get new subscribers.in return I was and the person that I recommended would get a $50.00 VISA gift card.
I got my neighbor to sign up on Sept. 1st and she nor I have received our VISA gift cards.
I have contacted them through email 6 or more times since Sept 22 and haven't got anywhere with them.
The card that the Directv installer gave to me with a phone number to get someone to connect, and we would both receive the VISA card. It has aPROMO CODE number on it for new referrals to use when they sign up for service, which she did.
When she had hers installed, the installer told her that it would be a couple of months before we received our cards.
As of today, 28 Nov neither of us have got our VISA gift cards.
