I placed order with agoodcigarette.com on 12/6/09. I have been ordering from this company on a weekly basis for a year now and normally, I would get the order the following Wednesday or Thursday. This time, however, I didn't get an email notification that it had been sent until 12/9/09 and even though the email said it had been sent on 12/9 by priority mail, as of 12/15/09, it still hasn't shown up. According to USPS, they got a notification from this company to expect the package for mailing but they hadn't gotten it as of 12/15/09. The website is "down for maintainance" and when you call their phone, you get some pre-recorded speil about not being able to take new orders and being down for maintainance. To heck with new orders... Where's the order that you already took my money for?!?!? I live 15 miles from the nearest store and don't have transportation so it's not like I can just jaunt down to the corner store to get something to tide me over! Maybe $21 is no biggie to them but it's a whole lot to me. I either want my package or my money back ASAP and they can definately forget ever getting another order from me!
