I contacted Joseph, Anderson, and Assoc., Inc. For my businesses delinquent accounts. For 2 months, everything was fine. My contact was "Clifford." I was given a website to keep track of my accounts. Now, my client has contacted me with the information that she can no longer reach them via phone. She has her cancelled checks. I am no longer able to get onto their website to check my account. Their telephone is not being answered and the voice mailbox is full.
