I requested (and taken care of) a washable electrostatic air-filter from VacuVent (located in Palm Bay, FL) back on August 28. I had been informed that it will get to about 14 days.

2 weeks later and out $150, i still had no filter. After I named thier 800-number I had been informed the organization was seriously backlogged and was waiting to get the required supplies to create more filters. However they might "place my title on top of the checklist" to obtain a filter.

Meanwhile, during all this period that i've been out $150 and really should have experienced a washable filter, i've nevertheless been purchasing disposable filters charging $15 - $20 monthly since...
